Aaron and Ash at The London International Music Show

Sanctorums' guitarists Ash and Aaron will be playing at the Vigier Guitar stand on Sunday 15th June 2008.

As guests and endorsees of Vigier Guitars they will be performing four 10 minute sets at various times throughout the day, demonstrating their personalised custom made Vigier Excalibur 'Ultra' and 'Special' guitars.

These sets will include tracks from Sanctorums' forthcoming new album 'Ashes of Redemption'.

New Bassist joins Sanctorum!!

Sanctorum and their management are very please to announce the appointment of Kristian Sawkins (Kris) as their new bassist.

Kris is 21, has 7 years bass experience, lives in the Colchester area and has been on the local music scene for a number of years with late heavy metal outfit 'Primavera'.

He cites his musical influences as Iron maiden, Dream Theater, Dagoba, Metallica, Kamelot etc. and admits 'Metal is what I love and live for and Sanctorum have everything to offer'.

Kris's first gig with Sanctorum will be at 'The Twist' Colchester on 6th June 2008 when Sanctorum headline the venues' 'Download Warm Up Festival'.

Sanctorum and their management wish Kris a long, loud and very metal future with the band as they prepare for the imminent release of their follow up album to 'The Heavens Shall Burn'.

Chris Leaves Sanctorum!
It is with regret that due to personal commitments, Chris Eldridge (bass) has decided to leave Sanctorum after 5 years.

Chris has been with the band from it's formation as 'Devolution' and will continue to help Sanctorum honor all commitments whist a replacement is being sought.

Aaron, Ash, Matt and their Management are sad to see Chris leave but respect his decision and remain friends and wish him all the best in his new ventures.

Latest Updates...

All the recording, mixing & mastering for Sanctorum's second full length studio album has been completed.
The artwork is nearing completion and its manufacture should be in the next couple of weeks for a July release!

STUDIO UPDATE:
Week 4: Feb 25th-29th...

All vocals have been completed, and they are sounding fantastic!

Dave Chang has also started the mixing, and will begin mastering the album shortly.

Artwork for the album is near completion, and will be uploaded to the website along with the title of the album!

STUDIO UPDATE:
Week 2 & 3: Feb 11th-22nd...
Aaron & Ash completed all rhythm, lead and solo guitar parts, and they are sounding truly awesome!!
Chris also completed all his bass parts, in 2days!
Next week, Sanctorum & Dave Chang will be starting the vocal parts!

STUDIO UPDATE:
Week 1: Feb 4th-8th...
Just a quick update from the Studio...Matt has finished 10 out of 11 drum tracks on Sanctorum's follow-up to their debut album; 'The Heavens Shall Burn'.
Next week Sanctorum & Dave Chang will begin tracking Aaron and Ash's guitar parts!
