Where else would you see Scooby Doo play guitar and Kurt Cobain resurrected and snogging a giraffe? Not it’s not a bad dream. It’s Halloween and it’s the final date of the My Ruin tour.
Opening proceedings are the Scooby Doo crew aka Sanctorum (9) who ignite the place with their metal riffs and posturing. Playing one great song after another, My Ruin guitarist Mick Murphy is in amongst the crowd working up a frenzy with the Murphy gang who have turned out in fancy dress which pays homage to the guitarist and his facial hair.
Throwing his horns in the air to Sanctorum, this is great British metal on display, and the boys are clearly having fun performing in their fancy dress.
